Innovation for competitiveness
The Innovation for Competitiveness research line investigates innovation from the perspective of organizational strategy, including the process of its development and its results, aiming at competitiveness and the creation of value for the various stakeholders of the organization. It addresses innovation and related themes such as organizational learning and knowledge management, behavioral and creative aspects of innovation, culture and organizational change, organizational resources and capabilities, entrepreneurship, inter-organizational relations, market relations and internationalization.
Socio-environmental Sustainability
The Socio-environmental Sustainability research line addresses regional, local and organizational development, based on the relationships between the economic, environmental and social dimensions. It has as its research object the planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies focused on sustainability in different organizations, public, private, cooperative or third sector. The main research problems are related to strategic sustainability management, social and environmental responsibility, social enterprises, corporate social responsibility, sustainability education and culture, sustainability oriented innovation and sustainable supply chain management.
