Laboratories of the Computing and Design Courses
The Computing course maintains 9 specific laboratories. The labs totaled 163 Dell-branded microcomputers with Windows 7 and Linux operating system, plus five Apple Mac mini computers in the 200A1 lab. In all labs, updated software is installed on both operating systems, and all ICET students have access to Microsoft's MSDNAA program.
The 200A1 lab has phones and tablets, allowing students to study mobile programming. In laboratory 200B, robotic kits are available for use in the Artificial Intelligence disciplines. The computer labs provide access to the Feevale academic network and the Internet. It should be noted that wireless network is available on both campuses.
