Feevale University professor Fabricio Jose Rodrigues de Lemos will present his paper The perpetuation of extreme poverty as a facet of global structural design at the Institute for Global Law and Policy (IGLP): The Conference, which takes place at the IGLP, associated to Harvard Law School.
