In November, Feevale University and the Universidad de La República (UdelaR), from Uruguay, held the International Engineering Seminar – Engineering and the Environment in Debate. The event took place virtually, as part of a promotion by Engineering courses and the International and Institutional Relations departments of both universities.

In its first edition, the Seminar sought to encourage sustainable practices in the field of Engineering and provide tools to understand the different approaches between universities in both countries. The event also promoted discussion about the roles of Engineering courses in relation to the environment.
