Agreement establishes exchange program for academics
Feevale University and Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (IPL), from Portugal, has signed an agreement establishing the Observership – Experience in the Health Area exchange program. The objective of the cooperation agreement is to expand academic ties, facilitate academic cooperation, increase educational opportunities, enrich the educational environment, and promote international and intercultural understanding among students from Brazil and Portugal.
Through the Observership program, students from the Nursing, ´Nutrition, and Physical Therapy courses will be able to carry out exchanges of up to four weeks at IPL, accompanied by a mentor. Soon, Feevale's International and Institutional Affairs Office will inform how to apply for this modality. Other information can be found at the website www.feevale.br/intercambio.

Feevale and Polytechnic Institute of Leiria have been partners since 2009 in the areas of teaching, research, extension and innovation. IPL is a public institution of higher education that started activities in 1980.
