Professor of Human Resources Management at Feevale University, Cristiane Froehlich, will attend Eckm 2019: 20th European Conference on Knowledge Management. The event will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from September 4th to September 6th.

Cristiane will present the article Knowledge Sharing, Absorptive Capacity and Innovation in The Brazilian Apple Production Chain, which was approved in the evaluation process.

The aim is to propose a structural equation model to analyze the relation among knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and its influence on innovation in the Brazilian apple production chain,” she says.

In addition to the seminar, the event will have workshops and several parallel sessions on knowledge management.
