Feevale assists in organizing the Emotions, Arts and Intervention Conference, held by IPL from Portugal

Feevale University participates in the scientific committee of the second edition of the Emotions, Arts and Intervention Conference. Held by the Higher School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (IPL), in Portugal, the event will take place online on April 28th. The conference is a space for research, reflection and dissemination, with the participation of specialists from different disciplinary areas who share and reflect on emotional thinking, its relation with art, communication and its implications in the field of health and well-being.

The discussions will be guided by two thematic areas: Art and communication as an expression / action of emotions and their role in the development of emotional thinking and healthy behaviors, and Emotional education as a transversal area to different contexts of learning and human action. Professors Eliana Perez and Geraldine Santos, from the Graduate Program in Cultural Diversity and Social Inclusion, will participate in panel 3 with the work Emotional education, vulnerability, health and quality of life.
