On December 13th, the professor at the University of Southern Denmark, Roana de Oliveira Hansen, visited Feevale University in order to prospect new partnerships with the Institution's Master's in Virology. The professor participated in a meeting with the Pro-Rector for Research, Graduate Studies and Extension, Fernando Spilki, the Director of International and Institutional Affairs, Paula Casari Cundari, the coordinator of the Master's Degree in Virology, Juliane Fleck, and the postdoctoral fellow at the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), Juliana Schons Gularte.
The visit aimed to plan new strategies for collaboration in student and professor mobility, in addition to verifying future research partnerships with the University's Molecular Microbiology Laboratory.
As well as the testing of people, there are also tests in water, that's why we thought of collaborating by monitoring the coronavirus in sewage treatment plants, making, who knows, a comparison of data from the past and from now,” explains Roana.
