Professor Igor Raatz, from the Law School, participated on July 13 in the event Conversatorio Virtual sobre Temas Procesales, held by Academia Argentina de Derecho Procesal. Lawyer and university professor, Natascha Anchieta also participated in the activity, which was conducted by professor Adolfo Alvarado Velloso, one of the greatest specialists in Latin America on procedural guarantees.

During the event, Raatz addressed issues related to the book Uma teoria do processo sem processo? A formação da “teoria geral do processo” sob a ótica do garantismo processual. The book, released this year, is edited in co-authorship with Natascha Anchieta and suggests a new vision of Procedural Law in Brazil.
