Academy for Women Entrepreneurs program activities will begin in November
The United States Department of State, together with the +Unidos group - a collaborative social investment fund -, conducts the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) program to offer opportunities for Brazilian women entrepreneurs to expand their businesses. The second edition of the training in Brazil, which will be free, will receive entries from women from all over the country until September 26th.
The initiative will provide 90 vacancies for female entrepreneurs with a minimum age of 25, who have from two to five employees and a business established for at least two years. The program objective is to empower women, stimulate economic prosperity, support female entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses, and connect them to experienced professionals in the labor market.
The activities, which will be virtual and taught in Portuguese, will start in November this year and end in April 2022. More information at www.maisunidos.org/awebrasil do programa.
