The institution was included in the Erasmus+ program, thanks to the partnership it maintains with the Häme University of Applied Sciences, in Finland
Feevale University was awarded, once again, with scholarships from the European Erasmus+ program, which seeks to support education, training and sport for the youth in the European Union. In this way, the Institution will receive resources to cover the mobility of two students and a professor to the Häme University of Applied Sciences (Hamk), in Finland. Furthermore, a teacher from Hamk will move to Feevale. The scholarships must be implemented by July 31, 2027, and will last for one semester for academics, and up to seven days for teachers.
The University's participation in the Erasmus+ notice is possible thanks to the strategic partnership that the Institution has maintained, since 2006, with Hamk. According to the director of International and Institutional Relations at Feevale, Paula Casari Cundari, the University does not have direct access to this resource, but Hamk does. Thus, it will grant Feevale three of the six scholarships awarded to it. “These scholarships cover all travel expenses and will offer an important experience for creating bonds that go far beyond university - they will be important for life”, she states. Registration for students and teachers interested in competing for scholarships is expected to open in early 2025.
